DESIGN PROCESS
Some users attempted to send money to their favorite contacts without realizing that not all of their contacts were added to the favorites list.
Evidence:
All users saw the profile pictures of favorite contacts and instinctively looked there first.
It appears that some users were not aware that only their favorite contacts were being displayed.
It was unclear how Recent transaction are supposed to work.

The research team recruited approximately 140 participants under the age of 35 to gather insights into their financial management habits. We conducted in-depth interviews using a set of 16 questions. Based on the participants' responses, we identified key trends and user pain points, which helped us define the top priorities for our product design.

Paul has a passion for both technology and financial management. He has been living in Berlin with his girlfriend for two years now and is now looking to settle down. He wants to invest his hard-earned money in various financial instruments to help him purchase his first home.

Needs a quicker way to transfer money between different bank accounts.

Streamline the authentication from different bank account.

Redesigning the interface to display all contacts, with favorite contacts placed at the top for easeir access, all other contacts goes next like a contact list
Add a heart button or another intuitive option that allows users to designate favorite contacts would improve the user experience.

This was my first UI/UX design project, which broadened my perspective on user-centered solutions. Working in a mid-sized team, I gained valuable experience in collaboration, and my manager was very satisfied with my work. The project made a strong impact by improving the user experience and streamlining financial management for the app.
